Trashing Bob? Nope... not at all. Simply stating the facts. Bob has had every opportunity to answer both privately and publicly but has chosen to run and hide. What little response he did offer was clearly rhetoric.
I am glad you are happy with his products. On occasion, I have been as well.
My suggestion to you is simply not to read the thread(s) that you find discomforting. In the meantime, it appears others actually may learn and / or care to share similar experiences.
My unresolved questions remain: "Where is Bob"? and "Why has he not addressed everyone's concerns"?
