Thanks for the comments guys, the wood kit there was what they offered and I like the look in other trucks. Not sure if that original metal bed floor covering is available.

As far as the rivets, the pictured side panels show the holes I drilled to match up with the sub-frame. I used a short sledge hammer on the outside to hold the larger flat head rivets against the panel and just hammered the rivet ends flat from the inside.

The front panel is another story, I have mine held in with screws and have ordered a rivet setting tool for use with an air hammer. The smaller round head rivets for the front are too close to that front panel to swing a hammer and with a guy supporting those rivets on the outside and a rivet tool on the inside will work.
