The B-76190 black foam rubber weather pad or filler around the steering column and pedals at the #1 floor board is shown on page 15-18 in the lower left corner. The version shown is the later one, but the only difference between it and the early one for your truck is the location of the hole for the brake pedal. On yours, the holes for for the clutch and brake pedals are on the same horizontal plain, not offset with the brake pedal hole lower than the clutch pedal hole.
