Hills don't effect it either way. I noticed the hesitation when running 50 on a flat road giving just a little gas. It got worse as I got closer home. When I went up a hill it was still there the same as if I was on flat ground.
Power valve maybe??
I have a new one from Ken sitting on the work bench. I'll try to get it on in the morning.
