My sad experience with the '40 hinge seal packaged and distributed by Vintique:
The seal is about 24" long but was stuffed into a plastic sleeve package about 18" long. Rubber looked like a snake and had taken a set. Couldn't install it. Hung the two rubbers from the garage rafters for a year. Never did relax. They went in the trash. My car is still missing those seals.
