use a brake hone and hone spring eyes, use a bolt that will go all the way thru the spring eye and bushing put a big washer on the bolt head of the bolt, run bolt thru bushing and then thru the spring eye, alighn bushing with spring eye, use another washer to cover the spring eye hole, put nut on bolt and start tightening, the bolt should pull the bushing into spring eye, if necessary hit bolt head with a hammer to help drive it in

The bushings came and the all-thread worked like a charm. Thanks for the tip.
