Today a couple of thing actually went well. The door latch mechanism on the passenger side was rough, the door handle on the inside did nothing. I took it all out and took the latch apart. There is a nub that broke off and would not allow the handle to work. After seeing some parts of a stock latch all apart I was able to weld the nub on in the correct shape. Greased it all and put it back together. Works perfectly.

I now have a question regarding the trans swap. I have a line on a complete 3 spd. light duty trans, driveshaft, trans mount and floor cover plate. Is there anyting else I would need? Will the clutch swap over? Not sure what size is in my 4 spd. Any help with this will help a ton.
