No, the races are bright steel parts, and you use those 'notches' in the later hubs to provide a window for a long punch. The outer race is an easy straight punch. The inner race can be tricky. Back in the day were bent tip or angled punch to get thru the hub and get contact on the race.

You can make your own, this one using a long cement star drill, cut away section of the star for a broad tip, and cut away the shaft for clearance down into the Ford hub.
