40, you can go back to your original post, click on EDIT and easily correct that typo. I'm sure Lawson was just kidding with you a little since you are a new guy on the forum. Just go with the flow here...most all who post here are friendly and helpful. IMO

Back to the subject of your post....
Have not heard from anyone who has bought one yet. Before I would pay $15,450 for a '40 repro body shell with firewall, doors, and deck lid, I would look for an original older restoration that is complete or maybe one that has been tastefully modified/upgraded with later fomoco components.
It seems like there are still plenty of nice original 40 coupes out there for sale. So I am wondering what type of research was done on this development project that said 40 Ford coupes were the best selection to reproduce for maximum return on investment?
