I had one that I ended up using an air hammer...it was able to move it about 1/8" and that was enough so the nut would come off with a large wrench...I even tired heating the nut..that should have worked but not on that one... I use a Harbor Freight Heat Gun and it had been a god send...usually on sale for about $15.
Heat is also what you use to remove locktight..it gets soft with heat.
