Offering a 25 watt resistor for use as a means of droppng a 12 volt input to operate a 6 volt Model A Ahooga horn. The resistor can be housed within the horn cover or added to the wiring in the engine compartment. When mounted inside the horn one input wire is pulled from the horn contact terminal and placed at one end of the resistor. The wire from the other end of the resistor is placed in the horn contact terminal. This places the resistor in series with the input wire and the horn.
The resistor is 3/4" wide and 2" long
The resistor is offered in three options: The resistor by itself @ $12; The resistor as a kit with a length of wire, 2 bullet wire ends, a sleeve connector and a length of heat shrink tubing @ $15; and the complete assembly ready to install @ $18. Shipping included in price for US customers.
