To remove the entire assembly:

Roll the window down as far as it goes. For a 2 door sedan, remove the inner door panel and trim. Then remove the top bolts holding the vent window to the frame (top arrow). Then remove the nut, washer and screw at the bottom of the frame (bottom arrows). Now you should be able to pull the vent window assembly away from the window glass, then up and out of the door.

Anyone with further suggestions or hints please chime in, I am used to a convertible and it is allot easier.....

Now dissemble the vent window from the frame and install the new rubber seal.

Thant having been said, if you just want to replace the vent window seal (picture #6), it is a bit simpler.

Roll the window down as far as it goes. For a 2 door sedan, remove the inner door panel and trim. Remove the bottom nut, along with the spring ans the bottom washer, off of the vent window stud. Now remove the two screws in the vent window hinge. Now pull the top of the vent wind in ans maneuver it up and out of the top washer. You can now remove the seal and replace it. Now install the vent window in reverse order. Pictures (4-6) Picture # 7 is just the vent window sitting in the seal, out of the frame.

Hope this helped.
