The correct intake manifold and cylinder heads are aluminum left in their natural finish.
By "correct" I mean what the engine, as installed in the chassis back in 1935, was assembled with.
If you have a cast iron manifold and / or cylinder heads, I suppose you can paint them whatever color you like.
