As always, value depends on condition. How rusty and cruddy? Are the internal passageways lugged? Does the throttle butterfly bushings leak air from wear? The earlier Zeniths had a brass GAV that was removable. If that won't come out, that's a problem.
To put it another way, it costs $150 or more to have an expert rebuild a Zenith. So how much do you want to spend for the final product that will make your Model A sing? It could well be cheaper to just buy a rebuilt Zenith that was tested on a car.
