Bob, If your pushing water out with Skips 3 lb valve there is a reason.
I would take the valve off and flush it good in the sink. It may have dirt
in it and be in and be leaking. Or you may have a slight compression
leak putting pressure in the system for this try a bottle of Bars stop leak.
