I don't know what size you need but you may look into heater duct/defroster hose for a later car... this for a '55 Ford, 2 1/2" http://www.macsautoparts.com/ford_th...g-1955-57.html

Of course you won't need 3'. Check the vendors, maybe someone sells by the foot in the size you need.
