Had a number of Flukes over the years including a digital VTM scope meter.
Today's cheap meters have more than enough resolution for automotive work.
It all you need. I do see Tripletts and Simpson at secondhand stores. That last one I looked at was $20.00
The last time I had a Fluke I blew the fuse and it was in the $20 range but that was back then.
