1 8ba pickup truck pan
2 Shim motor up ½” or so
 
I believe the motor (59 or 8ba) sits to low in a 35 or 6 frame.
I believe in 37 ford changed the cross member when they moved the pumps down to...

Id weld in the yoke from a front wishbone and build a cross member to mount the ball pivot
With a low HP setup like you plan its not likely to have any issues … people are running V8 cars this way

Asking price and selling price are two different things … they sell in the 5 and 6 hundred range
A polished one could bring more but the market gets smaller.

All you should need to do is
Remove starter
Unbolt the ball cup on the wishbone and let it hang down
May need to raise front of motor
Unbolt pan

1. Remove leakers
2. Clean
3. Apply permatex right stuff
4. Replace stud that will now never leak … there’s a reason its 23 bucks a can

No luck about it … they make a quality deal.

I use to keep a fleet of 18 ex U haul F 600’s running for a friend of mine.
They all had old Pertronix conversions with who knows how many miles ….....

Made my own also
½ alum plate - used a head and transfer punch to get the holes - old gasket for chamber shape - hole saws to cut the chamber - made a rubber gasket - same thing for pump block off

All 33 to 36 passenger and pickup axles are the same …. And the 32 is dimensionally the same as 33 to 36

The last one I did a few weeks ago was a 34 axle that had some old .010 over pins in it.
The customer wanted to get it back to stock pins … couldn’t find any new over size pins.

All #'s are on top of the frame rail …. no sheet metal covers the front one.

Get a 33 to 36 axle … the 42 to 8 is way to wide and the wishbone that fits it won’t fit your car.

The w / s posts are not the same as reg roadster
As you can see in the photos there’s a filler panel under the frame and the w / s frame is said to be the same as 31 roadster
