I don't think that is a Ford. They used the same or similar transmissions
in Studebaker, Dodge, Mack and who knows what other trucks.

and the green parts book and don't see that part number, there
is only a 99A-2079-A.

Dave, I tried that 450135 seal that you showed but I got it about half way in and it wouldn't go any more, like to never got it back out. I used the one that was the same OD as the original one but...

It says to increase the height of the opening from 5/16"
to 7/16".
