Thanks, I'll start with just the rubber pad under the cowl and try the hood for fit then work my way towards the back, thanks for the tips.

the fenders in the avatar were beat up pretty bad and bought reproductions, knowing what I know now I would have repaired what I had or the very least kept the old parts as a comparison till the car...

Looks like the panel is flush with the windshield post/door hinge post where its bolted to the body, I'm I seeing that right?
