Is this 1940 Ford Wiring harness?

Found this in a box of 1940 Ford leftovers. Is this original Ford wiring? I like the string wrapping in the second photo. Bob

I don't know about Model A blocks but the Model B DIAMOND blocks are said to be made post production and are a heavier casting, better suited for Hot Rod - Race Car use. Bob

Quick way to ID the T pickup box is the location of the front stake pockets, thay are futher back than an A. The T top could fold down, the A Open Cab tops did not fold. Battery box had an angled...

Here is another question, are the two grille sections that attach to the fenders the same except for trim attachment holes? I see a bulge were the stainless fits in the bottom of the Blue car above,...

If you were to park a '38 Deluxe along side a 1939 Standard and unbolt everything forward of the firewall, then swap everything back on the other, would everything fit and be the same, or are there...

I worked in a Bugatti shop for 14 years, how bad it this 57 that it needs a new frame fabricated? Is there a restoration page that we can follow the project on? Best of luck with the rebuild. Bob

Thanks for all the advice, the three bars look to be rotted away and about as thick as a pencil lead. Think I'll see if they will snap and fall out. Is the spare bracket the same for all body styles?...
