Not sure why the orginial drums were swedged, newer cars have brake drums that slide on over the studs and I have never seen a problem, I conclude the stud holes must be oversized to require this?

carb with x on side
I checked the carb on my car it runs fine put don"t know who built it it has a X on the side of it this is the only thing i could see with out pulling does any one know who build it in case I need...

removed old trim by sliding with help from end would think install would be reverse the running board would have to be stright than install screws from back

I'm thinking years ago we used vinigar to pickle gutters turning them black, they were galvinized which contained a high content on zinc I won't use this stick to the polish or maybe 1500 sandpaper...

you have to get all of the oil out of the joint in order for the solider to stick this can't be done unless the joint is disassembled and bloth surfaces cleaned
