I installed a five gallon belly tank that the injection system circulates fuel from. Fuel feeds from the original tank to the belly tank. There is also a manual vapor bleed valve on the belly tank.

17 mpg pulling the trailer if kept between 55 and 60 mph.
16 mpg if over 60 mph

18 if just the car and held between 60-65.

Total on the front 6.0R16 36,000 changed just before the start of this trip.
Rear 7.0R16 47,000 miles changed yesterday to 6.5R16

95hp at 2800 rpm.

Jim Brierley ground a cam for me that provided greater torque at a lower rpm.
I designed the car to pull a small camper and keeping the rpm in check was my goal.

Classic symptoms of vapor lock. If the fuel had ethanol in it, I'd bet a tank of non-ethanol 91 octane it was the problem.
