Find copper pipe the alemite fitting will press into. Thread the outside of a copper pipe to fit the zerk thread. Bob's your uncle

Where are you getting the wingshaft o ring.? The recent rebuild 'kits' have two slip bushings like in plumbing.

Ammco instructions. The offset is built in to the ammco, so you set at tge drum measurement. Don't know about yours

Frame and springs were satin. Most everything else is semi gloss. Press steel and spring hangers were gloss. Grease fittings plain or white cad.
