Also some times you can just take a pair of channel locks and angle the original style ones up or down and even squeeze them a little to get them lined up.

The adjustable dovetails from United Pacific work great shim the subframe and body to get the beltline lined up and adjust the dovetail accordingly.

We recently had a 28 Chrysler roadster in the shop and compared that next to a 28 Model A there is a huge difference in the amount of cabin space between the two cars.

Thanks I keep going back and forth i ordered both styles, same with the head gaskets. Sometimes the more you read and search the harder the decision is.

I put the head on this morning and test fit the heater manifold. A few more parts arrived today from Berts Model A. Time to finish the carb rebuild and a few other items then i can get the motor in...

Motor refreshening? My 28 phaeton is due for a complete engine overhaul the motor that was in the car is pulled out and i am waiting until i can round up the money to build a proper touring motor...
