It is a standard grill and windshield, nicely restored. my guess is 20 to 30 depending on mechanicals.

Most years after winter storage mine is stuck also. I make sure i have nothing in front of me and put it in 3rd, clutch down, and try to start it. that always frees mine, so far with no damage.

This is a question only you can answer. If you want the new fangled options, go ahead and change to 12 v. If your goal is to drive an old car, you can very well stay with 6v, and it will work just...

check your thermostats by putting them in a pan on the stove with a thermometer, see if they start to open at 160 and where they are fully open. label them left and right, fun to watch.
