Here in co. They have emissions testing business's that also verify vin for a small fee.[$20] that's what i did 2 months ago, as they [dmv] wouldn't accept the existing titles from ca.good luck, pcup

I modified the stock adjustable assy. for my comfort, bad back! To the floor mounted steel slider guides I added tapered wood spacer blocks.

Slaping noise in engine
When starting the engine a slapping noise [like a leather belt hitting the wall ] came from the front. I pulled the fan belt, restarted and same noise! Suggestions readily accepted.

on my 30 tudor [unrestored orig] they meas. 1 7/8" high X 1 1/2 wide, length is just over the rear cross member.
