38-39-40 Fender Skirts (Originals)

Nice condition fender skirts for a 38-39-40 Ford. Original steel with hex nut on outside top. Old black lacquer paint is crazed. Otherwise, they are very, very nice. Photos can be emailed.

1939 Ford DeLuxe - Low Mileage

Like the other guys, I think it has to do with either the master cylinder or the flex line - because of the brake lights. However, if all that fails, then try backing off on the parking brake cable...
