The tillotson and marvel carburetor are better carburetors by design than the zenith the model A. runs much better with them!

My engine has been sleeve back to the original bore size and has the original 4.2 compression head my compression readings are basically 60-65 on all 4 cylinders.

When taking your voltage readings at the battery terminals when the engines at an idle you should not see any output until just above an idle when the cutout actually closes.
