Recently, I had to disconnect the battery from my 1930 Model A Deluxe Coupe, thinking the 6-volt battery needed to be replaced (would not turn over the engine). Battery checked out to be good.

I ran a ground wire from the bulb socket in the signal switch directly to the positive post of the battery, and still no success.

Pat, this is my favorite saying - "where there's a will, there's a way". I have the "will", so is there another "way" other than removing the torque tube?
