Thanks Jeff, the reason i went to a fatman was because my 55 had a rotted crossmember. and I picked up a fatman clip complete with rack and disc brakes for under a grand, Thanks for the info and the...

Why didn't you grab the pump off the chevy? because when you hook up the rack to the ford box the pressure might be different. I used a cavalier rack on my plymouth coupe and when i got it together...

if it's the same as the ford it mounts on the bottom of the tube and connects to what looks like a muffler clamp you can probably get it from dennis carpenter

the number on the case is t86-e In w.g. div. the number on the tailshaft reads

the question is if this car is a hardtop it would be worth a lot more than a sedan. I have a friend that just did a 4dr. hardtop and it wasn't cheap we're talking over 50 grand to do a frame off.
