Agree with 51 merc. Only one bumper is used and fits in the bottom spring plate. The hole is oval even tho it looks round in the pic.

1934 5W Coupe Door - Driver Side

I took an old f1 wheel and cut down the center hub and inserted into a repro 40 wheel for my 52 truck. I like having the splines as it gives you some adjustment for centering the wheel.

That seller is Howells but the part is made by Tom Bay. Nice part but the the left to right depressions are not as deep as original.

Tip Tools makes a kit with the parts you need to build your own the size you want. (They used to anyways) Nice parts and I made mine out of plywood and used a plastic container bolted to the bottom...
