Re: four row radiator for 1930?

If you want the best cooling capacity, get a VT modern core. They cool significantly better than the flat fin cores. They aren't right, but most people won't know. I have a 3 row VT core in my town...

Use to have a brassworks as well. It worked well and never overheated. It was the 10 fin pressurized radiator.

I now have a modern VT core in my car also pressurized and it runs 160* all summer....

Re: Not popular but...pinto engine?????

I have driven cars with the Pinto/C4 or Pinto/'39 transmission set ups. It's very nice if done properly! If I were to put a different motor in my A besides an A motor, I would definitely go the Pinto...

Re: Mitchell Overdrive, 26 and 36%

If you put a 36% overdrive in a stock model A it'll fall on it's face when you throw it in overdrive. You would have to have a very strong touring motor to support this. But even then, it would be an...

Re: To: Fort Worth Club Members

Our grandpa was invited to be a charter member and attend that first meeting to start the club, but he didn't go. He was always mad at himself for not doing it.

have them in 3 cars and have never had a problem. The only ones I've seen fail have been from user error or incorrect set up. I have 30,000 miles on the one in my car and it's never missed a beat....
