I have seen an 8BA cast iron distributor adapted for Model T use with every other lobe on the points cam ground off and a manual advance lever made up that attaches to the vacuum diaphragm opening....

Not that close, but parts could be shipped.
If you have the factory controls I am very interested in them since I will be putting a Columbia under my brother's 36 Zephyr at some point.

It has the Canadian third oil port introduced in WW2 that some people use for "95%" oil filter conversion.
I too would be concerned about water jacket corrosion.
