1+ton heavy duty truck wire wheels.

I have found a set of split rim heavy duty Model A truck wire wheels, with hub caps. I have only seen one other set in my sheltered life. Value?, rareness?

17” wheels bent spoke wheels

I have a 37, phaeton and cabriolet and neither has those parts. Where do they go? Both of mine are restored to original.
