Re: 32 taillight assembly?

After reading page 6-23 of the Ford book and reading this thread, I see that my right tail light is wrong. Is this a 33-34 light or a repop? Thanks for sharing your knowledge because I never would...

Re: into the abyss

I really appreciate the people here who have helped me to make my 1932 Ford better. There is a lot I can learn from them if I listen and do what they say. I was lucky that mine was complete and...

Re: 32 Ford Gearshift knob and radiator ornament

I will start looking for an original 32 gearshift knob but I like the v8 one that is on it now. If I change it I will be careful taking it off and will try to get it to someone who has the car it...

Re: 32 Ford Gearshift knob and radiator ornament

It looks so natural but I had a feeling that it wasn't right for the car. Is it a 37 from the picture?

32 Ford Gearshift knob and radiator ornament

After looking in the 32 Ford Book, I wasn't able to determine if the gearshift know on my Model 18 deluxe Tudor is correct in having a raised (well worn!) V8 emblem on it. It looks original but is...

Re: To anybody concerned

I use Spybot which is freeware and keep it updated. So far, it has taken care of every problem my computer has had. Make sure you run it as "administrator" to make it effective. This is a free and...

Re: Rarer than Hen's teeth

A NO dash pad for my ot 66 Comet Cyclone. The rear trim piece is impossible to find. The 1932 dual temp/fuel gauge was easier to find than this.

Re: 1932 Ford Locking Hubcap

I am going to put the strap on the shelf as suggested as it is not 1932. What is the correct color blue to paint the center and does anyone make it?

Re: 1932 Ford Locking Hubcap

I agree with Dave that the Locking Hubcaps did not have a strap as 2 locks would be overkill. The reverse of my hubcap has a place for a strap to be installed. I also thought that the 32 hubcaps were...

1932 Ford Locking Hubcap

I recently bought the locking hubcap shown in the picture. The seller enclosed the attached strup with the hubcap. Even after looking at pg 19-6,10-7, and 19-8 of the 1932 Ford Book, I still cannot...

Re: 32 5 window glass

When I bought my Deuce, it had one cracked doorglass. I found a company on google who provided the glass with the correct date code on it. It fit perfectly. It didn't cost that mucj either. Maybe one...

Re: 32 taillight lens question

I have attached pictures of my left and right tail light lenses, which I believe to be original. Are they A-13450-A and/or A-13450-B ? Please advise because now I am confused too. They look almost...

Re: Early V8 Ford Grill

Sometimes if you want something, you just have to hunker down and pay for it. I and many others have sold parts at cost or practically given them to somebody we knew who needs it and will put it on...

Re: How many of you are working on a 1932 Ford ?

Some of us have never got over our obsession with the 1932 Frod. The picture on the left is me and my 1932 Ford in 1970 and the one on the right is my 1932 Ford today. The one I have now is actually...

Re: correct window cranks and handles for 32 tudor?

On mine, all 4 are the same size. The standard has metal knobs and the deluxe has wood knobs. The Ford Book, already mentioned, is an excellent reference source. Good luck with your '32 !
