Re: Is there a better swage tool?

Thanks Don! I ordered another tool and took it to the same shop. If they can’t do it still, I’ll message you. Appreciate the offer!

I've used a silicon carbide disc on my grinder. I LOVE these things. Like this one:

Re: Wobbly rear axle

Sounds like the front ones are tightened like modern day cars. I can handle that.

Re: Wobbly rear axle

I think you’re on to something. The drum and hub came off very easily indeed. Had to put a puller on but it came off with just one turn by hand. Didn’t even put a wrench on it. Im going to put it...

Re: Wobbly rear axle

I think there is a club in the Savannah area. I also don’t have a press big enough to swage the studs.

Wobbly rear axle

Alright gang,
I was replacing my tires and when I had the left rear wheel off, I discovered the axle wobbles up/down left/right. It does not move in/out. Is there a bearing at the end of the axle...

Re: Operating Temp for an 'A'

I run a two blade fan and my temp never gets above 180, in Georgia sun. Before I replaced the water pump, it would overheat. I always shut it down and let it cool if it exceeded 225, but I don't...

Re: What's up with this bowl???

Thanks everyone for the help! I did as Deron suggested and pulled the line at the carb. I got a very good flow so I knew the problem wasn't upstream of that. I blew a little air into inlet of the...
