Model B has a wider gap. Don't worry about the ticking, its the one's that don't make a noise you should worry about.......

I have one in my June 1, 28 Roadster that I feel is original. The car is Canadian made and came from Alberta in the early 90's. Body w243 and engine CA15266... I think I also have a spare....

Yes, the only door locks with a key, are on the riders (passengers) side of the car. It would help if we knew the year and model of the Model A you are referring to.....

The linings you have could be off a Model B. They went from an 11" brake drum to a 12" drum. These are diameter readings, so you can do the math.....

My grandson and I loved the new Ford Museum, there was so much there as well as a small history lesson for him that included Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and Harvey Firestone. It was hard to explain...
