No, 30-31 Sedan & pick-up doors are interchangeable only between sedans & pick-ups, but are too long for a coupe. Coupe doors are only for a coupe, no interchange.

A coupe door has a large circular impression around the inside window crank handle. A sedan/pick-up door inner structure is straight. The attached picture is a coupe.

You'll have to extend the bumper brackets 6" so that they will be beyond the back of the box so they can be effective. You could build new wood mounting blocks for the box that extend further back...
