My take on this is you are spinning the engine over to fast. if you are driving at high engine rpm and the radiator does not full flow the water pumped by the water pumps builds up in the upper tank...

You have pretty much trashed the drums, 3/32 over is around .090 large and 1/16 over is .062 over, these drums max out at around .080 over. Unless you have over thick brake material you do not have...

Before you do anything you need to follow TJ's advise and determine the shock travel, if you have developed a leak in your shocks and they are almost new then you are topping or bottoming them out...

Horn bracket is individual bolt, splash apron removed by removing screws at bumper bolt mount and machine screw at fender near radiator. This will allow the shield to be lowered and access the horn...

Tony, 1. 510 x 5.260 sounds like H exhaust series 6 cyl truck 8mth-6505-a
1.650 x 5.25 similar to G series 6cyl intake 5GA -6507 but those are .520 in green book
