Be very careful if you leave out the tubing; the drawing for modifying the block shows a .250" plug installed in the port to the rear main. You may not have any oil to the rear main if you remove the...

You should wire it like this; center terminal to the gauge, senders to outer term's. Switch is a SPDT On - On.

I have also had difficulty getting oil pressure by cranking it over with my full flow system; even with 12 volts. It's worse the longer it sits after draining; but the pressure always comes up...

Do a Google search for " adding auto accessory fuse block ". With the battery in the trunk and the fuse block under the dash it would be prudent to have a fuse near the battery to protect the feed...

I would recommend not trying to measure your coil current directly with your multi-meter; if the current is higher than expected you could blow a fuse or otherwise damage the meter. It would be safer...

Here's pictures of the window stops in my 5 window; they appear to be the same. As I recall the rubber stops are held in by bending the sides of the holders in to crimp the rubber parts in place....

I assume that is a new replacement IGBT in the third picture? The tab opposite the two pins is a heat sink that is meant to be soldered to the board; that looks like what you have been grinding on....

Connect the terminal on the sender to one terminal of the gauge and the other terminal of the gauge to 6 volts; ground the body of the sender. Polarity doesn't matter for a test. Temperature gauge...
