My sentiments exactly! I just bought a tank for my "51 Victoria project and ran into the same problem. I wonder if they are wringing their hands & having an evil laugh while waiting for the sending...

I'm tearing down what I think is a '46 model 59. It has a crankshaft pulley with the "teeth" to hand crank. Does anybody know what size or if you need a special socket to fit it?

I'm also curious about machine work on flatheads inTexas too. I have read that the blocks need to be acid dipped and am having trouble finding anybody that still does it. The enviromentalist crowd...
