Running Board recovering

Has anybody seen or heard of running boards being coated with the substance used to coat pickup trucks bedliners? Would it work?

diode cutout installation

Just received the Diode Cutout for my 1935 generator. How should the wire from the generator be attached to the diode. There is just a U shaped with no hole for a hookup to the generator wire.

Generator Cut Out problem

Just noticed that the rear screw on the Generator Cut Out was red hot-what may be causing this. I had only been running it a short time. It is a 1935 with 21 stud engine.

put it on a toggle switch-just use it to start the car then turn it off. However if you just plan on using the pump all the time, most if not all have a somewhat loud sound.

The spanner wrench is an 34-219 Armstrong ordered from Sears on line-abou $6.00 or so.
