Ranchero value
Was going to get a 57 Ranchero earlier this week, decided against it then went for a look today. Hagerty value doesn't have Ranchero listed. Going by Hagerty condition this Ranchero would be a #4....

Gen not working
planning on going to pickup a 57 Ranchero tomorrow. Gen doesn't work or at least red light is on. If I remember right from years ago if you run a generator not working it would ruin it. If that is...

Got it out. Someone sent a PM to use a punch or nail and drive it out from back side. It worked.

OK, I guess I don't understand. The rod that goes up through the carb body that the linkage connects to has 3 holes in it. One on the bottom and the linkage sticks through 1 side and pokes out a...

Linkage on carb.
1950 V8 RTH engine. I have taken the carb. apart but can't get the little short linkage to the accelerator pump off, therefore I can't remove the pump. How do I get it off?

In TX you can get a bonded title, I have got several and each time it is more hoops to jump through. Went yesterday to start another and more fees are involved along with inspection by Heart of Texas...

Let me clarify my wants. I want seat covers that look like those old seat covers. Don't need to be NOS, actually rather not be NOS because I'm sure after all this time they wouldn't hold up good....

Seat covers for 48 Ford
Back in the day dealers would put seat cover over the seats. These were solid vinyl on top of back and front of seat with a woven vinyl in between. Can you get these anywhere?
