Berts is your best bet. They are great people with loads of original parts and new ones too.. They also have rebuilt spindles you can buy with an exchange.

NOTE: Schwalms is a Model A Engine builder. They re-balled the spindles and honed the kingpins for both of my Model A’s. No problems.

I did more checking and determined that my problem is related to he Apple Safari browser. If i use Firefox or Duck Duck Go browsers there is no problem just wanted to share what I learned.

Thanks for the tip Paul. Yes the print is small. I can make larger on my iPad by spreading the center of the display with my fingers. However photos become oversized and do not fit on the screen ...

I had a similar problem on my 29 phaeton. I called Berts and they sold me a decent original which i installed while rebuilding my column. Worked fine. Give Berts a call +1 (303) 293-3673.

You might want to check the key slots on the wheel and the steering shaft. You may have cleaned out the goo that made it tight in the past or perhaps you grabbed the wrong key.
