There was a 1941 Ford in Class 22B Repeat Preservation Class at the 2010 Southeastern National Spring Meet in Charlotte owned by Ted Wilburn, Waxhaw NC. Only 1941 Ford in show - may be the one.

Sorry, didn't read the first question well enough.
The E8016S is a 12 volt pump, but the E8011 volt pump is 5-8 psi which may be too high.
