Ditto on the Teflon pads/cups. HOWEVER, their use is akin to the rubber wishbone ball cover - don't expect a tremendous life and keep an eye out for slop or "mushrooming."

Drill presses used as "presses" do a wonderful job of preventing cam-out. You need a drill press vise to hold the distributor body/shaft.
