Re: Cheap Internal Upgrades?

Anybody putting O2 sensors on a flathead is an idiot in my opinion. Just don't seem right.

Re: 1950 f1 wiper change over

Re: I’m Stoked !!

That's cool! I have the same truck and the same transmission. It's a lot of work to drive and I thought that if I drove it enough I would get used to the transmission but I've had it on the road for...

Mine sat 34 years in the truck with no oil pan on it. Previous owner spun the center main bearing and started to work on it then stopped and left it all that time.
The block was frozen when I got...

Re: peep mirrors dont fit

The peep mirrors are just for looks. No matter how hard I try to adjust them, I still can't see out of them. I gonna try something different, just not sure what yet.

Re: F-1 door weatherstripping problem

My seals are too big too. I adjusted it as far out as it will go and it seems that I have to still slam the door to get them to shut. I've been waiting for them to break in but its been a year and a...

Re: "Restoring Handles"

I just used 0000 steel wool on mine and they turned out fine. I do have to re-buff them from time to time. I guess it just depends on how perfect you want it to look. Personnally I kinda like the old...

Re: 1950 Ford F-1 Pickup

I had the same issue. I didn't know what they were for. My freind who worked for a glass company didn't even know what they were for. I just tried to bend them up as much as I could without cracking...
