Model A Charging Conditions
Just wondering if I can keep the battery up under normal daylight driving conditions. At the cutout, I'm at 7.2 volts, at the battery I've got 6.9 volts, and at the Amp meter I'm reading 6.5 amps....

purchased the new headlight reflectors from Brattons...90.00. Finally got the lights to adjust according to the way I interstand it.

what is the focus screw actually doing? Trying to adjust my headlights as described in the book, but just before they make the shape needed, the screw comes loose should I try a longer screw..?...

I used to rebuild the Railroad Relays, and some contacts were of silver and some tungsten. I would have to get the alignment and the polishing down to the resistance would have to be on a dry contact...

I'm going out on a limb here, but I'd say it was priced wrong! Because I don't work on my own cars since the late seventies, (when children came) except for the model A. The garages always took care...

Ok, thanks....I never noticed the 50-50 before, I always bought the regular and put the gallon in and add the rest with water....I paid 23.00 dollars for it so I assumed it was what I used to...

Thank you, I will stop running it! Yes I did add water....I figured one gallon of antifeeze and two gallons of water......should be fine. I later realized it was 50 percent.....I don't ever remember...

Yes washing soda...thanks Tom....it's made by Arm& Hammer! To clean the rust out once it's drained, I removed the valve on bottom of the tank duct taped the half inh water pipe to the vacuum hose....
