I didn't realize they were through USAA. Guess that's a good thing because it's been so long since I signed with them and I haven't needed them I forgot their name. They did NOT require an odometer...

Thanks for the post, Dave. That's definitely a car I would love to own. I'm still researching Model As but the '31 Standard Fordor is beautiful.
